(To provide entrance scholarships to qualified Manitoba resident students entering their first year in the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba)

These scholarships are intended to recognize top Manitoba applicants who accept an early offer of admission from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. Each year, the available annual interest will be used to offer scholarships to students who: (1) are Manitoba residents; (2) have accepted an offer of early admission to the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba; (3) are enrolled full-time (minimum 80% course load) in the Faculty of Law; and (4) demonstrate both high academic achievement and the personal characteristics associated with the highest standards of the profession; Candidates will be required to submit a statement, maximum 250 words, which describes how they meet criterion (4).
