Award will be first offered once the minimum award value available reaches $500.
Eligibility criteria:
Minimum DGPA of 3.5 and an active participant with the University of Manitoba Newspaper, The Manitoban, or with the University of Manitoba radio station, UMFM. In the event that there are no candidates that meet all of the criteria, the award may be offered to a student who is enrolled full-time (minimum 80% course load) in any year of study in the Faculty of Arts and who otherwise meets the criteria.

Application Info:
Candidates will be required to submit an application form to the Faculty of Arts that includes a letter of reference (max. 1 page) from an individual in a leadership position at The Manitoban or UMFM, verifying their involement. Please contact the Faculty of Arts for more info.
